For people with persistent pain and experience of substance use and/or mental health issues.

Are you at least 17 years old, living in Squamish, and:
- Living with chronic pain (e.g. back pain, headaches, arthritis, fibromyalgia, etc.), and
- Living with mental health issues (e.g. anxiety, depression, etc.), and/or
- Using substances like opioids, stimulants, etc.?
If so, you can receive free health care services and make a difference in your community by learning about overdose prevention.

Making Sense of Pain
WHAT: Ten-week class series to learn what you can do to change your pain.
WHEN: Tuesdays 11 am to 1 pm. October 18- December 20, 2022
WHERE: Under One Roof, 37871 Third Ave.
Free food & drinks, plus cost of transportation and childcare if needed.
Pre-registration recommended; drop-ins welcome.
