Medical Office Coordinator, Primary Care Clinic (Temporary Part-Time)
- Answer the phone and respond to messages, process incoming and outgoing mail.
- Schedule appointments for patients, coordinate appointments with doctors and staff, issue appointment reminders.
- Coordinate referrals, lab work and follow up appointments with other medical clinics/laboratories etc.

Driver (Casual)
- Safely operate the van or truck to pick up food and donations from specified locations and deliver it to the Under One Roof facility.
- Follow the prescribed pick-up and delivery schedule.
- Ensure donations are safely and securely placed in the vehicle.
- Perform routine inspection on the vehicles, such as lights, fluid levels or tire pressure. Fuel and clean the vehicle. Recommend vehicle repairs and maintenance and schedule vehicle repairs and maintenance.

Overdose Prevention Site Worker (Casual)
- Monitor clients in the overdose prevention site to identify potential overdoses promptly.
- Administer naloxone and provide emergency response during overdose situations.
- Follow established protocols to respond to overdoses effectively and ensure clients’ safety.
- Document and report all incidents, interventions, and observations accurately and promptly.
- Engage with clients in a non-judgmental and compassionate manner to establish rapport and trust.

Facilities and Projects Coordinator (32 hours/week)
- Enter maintenance requests into Arcori building maintenance system, research, order parts and monitor completion of tasks, in order of importance/priority. Work closely with the building maintenance support staff and contractors.
- Coordinate facility maintenance work with maintenance staff and/or trades contractors.
- Monitor Arcori for work orders that are entered by staff and managers and prioritize the work.
- Support several building systems, including: video surveillance, food security/entry systems, residential room entry. Manage keys as well as staff and volunteer FOBs.

BACKGROUND:
Squamish Helping Hands Society, Sea to Sky Division of Family Practice, and a group of local physicians established a primary care clinic at Under One Roof.
In this program, local physicians hold clinic hours on-site at Under One Roof, Squamish’s supportive housing facility. The clinic aims to provide primary health care to those in our community who are struggling with substance use, pain, mental illness, experiencing or having experienced homelessness, and who face barriers to primary care.
Many of these vulnerable individuals in our community do not have a family physician and have been affected by a plethora of societal inequities, discrimination, and lack of access to support and services.
